Pumpkin Muffins

Pumpkin Muffins This dish quickly became a favorite in my family. I consider it more of a snack than a second dish, although you can apply and for garnish. Here is the proportions of the original, even though I just increase the dose by half. Zucchini 300-350g(2 1/2t) peel skin (if necessary), grate, season with salt, stir and leave to drushlag to glass liquid, good squeeze. Mix 2/3 cup flour, 2 eggs, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 1-1.5 tsp sugar, add the zucchini and mix. In the dough to add 70-100 grams (1/2 T) smoked sausages, ham . Prepare the molds, before the dough. I bake in a silicone cake pan. Bake at 210-215C (350F) degrees. 15-20 minutes, until browned. I like these cakes ... makes 30 pieces of double portions. Very tasty, easy to take them with you to the Farm, on the road. I think we can pour the batter into a large shape and bake a cake, and it is as easy to cut, fold or roll. for a dinner or lunch party
