Cake...
Classic Cake
This recipe is the famous Greek chef Stelios Parlyarosa, in my opinion, is just perfect. The trick here is in the measure, cake turns out very tasty, fluffy and flavorful, moderately moist and sweet, we must prepare and try!

Ingredients for a "classic cake"
flour (sifted with baking powder and vanilla) - 500 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Vanilla - 1 g
Sugar - 400 g
Eggs (large, room temperature) - 4 pieces
Butter - 250g (1 taza)
Milk (RT + 3 tablespoons extra for the chocolate part of the test) - 250 ml (1 1/2taza )
Cocoa powder (good quality) - 3 tbsp.
Orange zest - 1 pcs
The recipe for "Classic cupcake"
Beat the eggs to increase by 2 times and, still whisking, gradually put sugar, beating at least 7 minutes.
Add the melted butter on the steam bath or in the microwave, mix thoroughly with a spatula.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla and sifted.
Stir well from the bottom up and around in circles.
Add zest and milk and mix everything very carefully.
The finished dough blade dripping like a ribbon.
Separate the third part of the mix, add the sifted cocoa and 3 tbsp milk, mix well with a spatula.
The dish tube (26 cm in diameter) were thoroughly greased with margarine (each rib) and sprinkle with flour, turn and easily knock the edge to remove excess flour.
Put a part of the white mix in the bottom, and then the chocolate and top it with the rest of the white.
Bake in a well-heated oven at 170°C 60 minutes (340F for 40 mt) if you want the cake more moist, then bake for 10 minutes less..... check it with a wooden stick. Focus on your oven.
live the cake to cool completely, gently loosen it from the mold and, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate icing
