Apple Pie Cake Bulk Vienna

Apple pie, cake, bulk "Vienna"
This cake I have not tried! Very tasty! The main thing is that everything is done quickly and easily! Nothing special and not necessary. 1 cup semolina 1 cup flour 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 4-5 apples 80 g butter (and a little for the dish) 1. In a separate bowl, mix the semolina, flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix everything properly, until no lumps. 2. grate apples and sprinkle with lemon, so they will not turn dark add cinnamon powder to the apples. 3. Next, (3 layers of dry mix, 2 layers of apples) in a grease (butter) Pyrex, on the bottom .... 1 part dry mixture, then a layer of apples, dry mix again, then apples ... and finish the dry mix. 4. Put on top of our cake evenly chunks of butter (large grater maybe) .... put in the freezer for an hour or two . 5.put it in a preheated 200 (350F yo?) degree oven for 40-50 minutes (watch for status). Decorate as desired. I sprinkled cinnamon and almond petals.
