Pickle bell peppers
Who does not like to eat pickles in the winter , pickled tomatoes and peppers? Today I will do pickled peppers. Cook them quickly ....it's a very tasty appetizer for the winter!
...... For the preparation we need:
peepers seeds and veins removed 1.5kg, (3 lb)
chilli pepper as desired
Onion and garlic optionally
marinade 700 ml of water, 120 ml of 9% vinegar,
sunflower oil 0.5 stack,(1/2 cup)
5 tablespoons of sugar,
1.3 tbsp salt,
5 pcs cloves,
whole coriander 2 tsp.
Pepper, onion and garlic peel. Cut random. Prepare the marinade. Mix water, vinegar, salt, sugar and spices.
wash and sterilized jars for 30 min. in hot bath I got three half-liter jars ..
Boil the marinade, blanch peppers 5 minutes.... Onions and garlic lower the heat and blanch for 1 minute. use a sterilized fork.
Lay the peppers in jars, alternating with onion and garlic.... with the help of the fork When are filled, pour the boiling marinade. Immediately roll or screw caps.... for the second time turn the cups one more time with the help of a towel ..... and cool.
