Apple pie!
Apple pie! Very tender and tasty!
August is the time to ripening apples, By morning with tea or fresh coffee, or dessert for dinner with a scoop of ice cream, just could nothing better!) in the mountains sap it in the micro weave ans a scoop of ice cream...
Dough:
* ~ Flower 1 3/4
* ~ 1/3 tbsp. sugar (70 g)
* 1 tbsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence,
* 2 eggs
* 2 tbsp vegetable oil
* 1/3 tbsp. milk (80 ml)
* Pinch of salt
* 4 large apples (about 900 grams) sour varieties
Filling:
* 1/3 tbsp. sugar (70 g)
* 1 egg
* 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
Turn on the oven to 200° C. 450° F
Cover the bottom of the baking dish with parchment paper.
For the dough:
In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs, add the vanilla essence, oil and milk and mix well. Add dry ingredients and beat well.
Apple peel and core. Cut into quarters, each quarter-cut into large slices ... lay out the baking dish.
Evenly pour the batter into the pan of apples (the dough is almost completely cover the apples). Shake gently shape the dough has reached the bottom.
Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until browning (batter will be almost ready.)
For the filling:
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and melted butter. Evenly pour over cake.
Bake for another 15 minutes before browning.
Run out a knife along the edges of the pay dish to separated.
Cool for 20-30 minutes. Then get it out of the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
