1 egg white
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cups whole walnuts or pecans
Beat egg white stiff.Combine spices and sugar in a second bowl. Pour nuts into the beating egg whites, toss to coat. then pour nuts into spice mixture. Toss again. Stread in a greased cookie sheet, separating nuts. Toast in a 275*F oven for 30 minutes, Cool. Separate nuts if necessary. store up 1 mount in an airtight container.
