rico...y bueno....!




Granola Bars
Preheat your oven to 350 and spray your 9 x 13 with oil.

parte 1:

4 cups oats
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup coconut
½ cup chocolate chips
1 cup nuts (we use peanuts)
1 cup wheat germ (don’t leave this out, it really impacts the texture, and it’s good for you)(it’s on the cereal aisle)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Parte 2:

1 cup oil (we use coconut oil)
1 cup honey
2 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
Combine Group A in your large bowl, stir. Combine Group B in a medium bowl and stir. Add Group B to Group A and mix together well. Spread and press this mixture into your greased 9 x 13. Bake @ 350° for 25-25 minutes. Cool in the pan and cut into bars.
